wallpaper trends

Most design blogs I linked to in my blog have talked about the latest wallpaper trends.  So what's new?  The French point of view:

What I particularly like about today's wallpapers is that you don't have to put them up a whole room. I'm a minimalist at heart, so I like the idea of wallpaper on only one wall, like on this example with paper by hanna Werning, or even as art (poster) :

here the pattern (called "ekorre") is very busy but the furniture is white and simple. Love it !
