Hello Lovelies!
I am a big admirer of David Lynch's cinema, especially the intriguing "Mulholland Drive", and also love his furniture design. So when I heard he was having an exhibit in Paris during my short stay there, I was pretty excited!
But then I went to see it and was hugely disappointed. So I tried something new: why not add a layer to something I found lacked depth? I decided to take shots of the exhibit, while purposely adding reflections of the windows, the facing buildings and silhouettes of passers by. I think the result is doing good to Lynch's work. So here goes (you can click on all my photos to view them larger):
This doll in a yellow dress was singing!
The tears were actually falling!
An abstract machine, reminding me of Marcel Duchamp. My fave!
